  1. How can I stream GCFlix on my TV?

    In the initial phase of GCFlix, the easiest way to stream GCFlix on your TV is using the cast option in Google chromecast.

    In a few months, we will have GCFlix apps available in Apple TV and App Store, IOs, Roku, etc. so you can count on a variety of options to stream.

  2. Why are there certain titles I can’t watch?

    There are certain titles whose streaming rights might not be available in your country or region, but we still keep them there in case you travel around.

  3. How can I cancel my subscription?

    Go to My Account: Subscription: See: Cancel

  4. What type of content can I watch during my free trial?

    You will be able to watch all the content that is available in your country or region with limited commercials. Once your free trial ends you will enjoy the subscription you selected during the registration process unless you cancel before the end of the free trial term.

  5. How can I add subtitles to the content?

    If you are watching a content that is in English with subtitles in Spanish or viceversa, you just have to play the content, and you will see on the lower right side an icon with the letters CC. Click on it and the language options will pop up. Then just click on the desired language and the subtitles will show up in your screen.

  6. Why can’t I connect to GCFlix?

    It might be an Internet connectivity problem. Check if your network allows streaming if you see any of this messages when you are trying to connect:

    Can’t access this web site The server cannot be found Cannot Connect to GCFlix Cannot reach GCflix.com The site can’t be reached GCFlix is Not Available GCFlix is Unavailable We are unable to reach the GCFlix service If you are on a work, school, hotel, or hospital public Wi-Fi network: check with your network administrator to make sure streaming services such as GCFlix are not intentionally blocked and be aware that many public networks have limited bandwidth.

    If you’re using a cellular data network or satellite internet: if possible, try a different network. Cellular data and satellite internet connections often have slower connection speeds than cable internet or DSL.

    After checking any potential connectivity issue, erase the history and cache history of your browser before refreshing the GCFlix site. If you still receive the same messages, then contact us by sending an email explaining the issue to: contact@gcflix.com
